Justin

Founder

Justin has an extensive construction background, with his first experience in roofing taking place as a teenager. He started his journey in professional roofing in 2014 after honorably departing military service. In roofing, Justin became proficient at installing shingles, setting appointments, writing estimates, ordering materials, and managing projects. He eventually worked his way to managing a 6-state territory for a nationwide roofing company, all before settling back in Oklahoma to open Camouflage Roofing & Construction. Justin conducts roof inspections, meets with homeowners, coordinates material orders and deliveries, manages projects, and handles several other duties for Camouflage Roofing & Construction.

Justin prides himself in his desire to protect people. He strives to educate homeowners and his team, equipping them with the information to protect themselves from anyone or anything attempting to mislead them.

Justin is married to the woman he has loved since he was just 5 years old. He adores his daughter and enjoys watching her grow and thrive. Justin is a veteran of the United States Army where he served as a Combat Medic (68W) in the infantry. Justin deployed to Afghanistan and headed various other military duties. He holds a degree in psychology. Justin loves staying active and is passionate about his fitness and health.

Jenny

Director of Operations

Jenny has a background in accounting and holds a Master's degree in Administration. She ensures operational efficiencies and manages the day-to-day functions for Camouflage Roofing & Construction. Jenny is also committed to assisting homeowners with invoicing, payments, and financing. Jenny has a passion for construction and loves being behind the scenes to see projects through to completion.

Jenny grew up in Shawnee, Oklahoma and is married to her childhood sweetheart. She has been an avid runner for many years and loves staying active. Jenny also enjoys volunteering with local schools and nonprofits, traveling, gardening, and trying out local coffee shops.

Derek

Project Consultant

Derek has been a roofing Project Consultant since 2024. He started out working with the roofing crews to ensure quality installation and warrantable processes are maintained. He worked his way into Project Consulting through hard work and dedication to excellence in client experience processes. Derek has a work ethic that directly reflects his character.

Derek played college baseball and is the ideal teammate. He goes above and beyond to help our team succeed and prioritizes assisting other project consultants. As a great teammate should, he lifts those around him and pushes them to achieve a higher standard.

Derek also owns and operates a lawn company in the Oklahoma City metro that has been in business for over 15 years. In his spare time, he enjoys playing competitive recreational sports and spending time with his love and family. Derek adores his little boy and can't wait to watch him grow up.

Destry

Project Consultant

Destry is a dedicated and versatile professional with a strong background in several hands-on industries. He began his roofing career in 2025 and quickly became our dedicated solutions specialist for roofing installations. His attention to detail and desire to ensure every single roof installation meets state/local code and manufacturer installation requirements is unmatched. Destry constantly pushes himself to learn, grow, and seek out new knowledge within the construction industry.

Destry started his professional journey as a Type 2 Wildland Firefighter based in North Dakota, gaining valuable experience in high-pressure environments. After returning to Oklahoma, Destry worked in roof truss manufacturing before transitioning into the oilfield industry, where he specialized in building and shipping containment and secondary containment systems for some of the largest oil companies across the United States. Destry served as an aircraft mechanic at Tinker Air Force Base for over 6 years, working on a Boeing 707 variant in a civilian capacity. His commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is evident in every task he undertakes, ensuring mission readiness and reliability.

Outside of work, Destry is a proud and involved father who actively supports his son in sports and shares his love for music with him by attending concerts together as often as possible. His strong work ethic, hands-on skills, and commitment to both family and service make him a well-rounded and dependable professional.

John

Project Consultant

John has been around construction on many levels since he was a teenager. John has been a top producer for Camouflage Roofing and Construction and homeowners since he stepped into roofing. John works tirelessly to ensure that homeowners and our communities are protected at every level. John has become the resident subject matter expert in FORTIFIED roofing systems and the Strengthen Oklahoma Homes Grant Program, guiding several homeowners flawlessly through the entire process and helping them achieve a FORTIFIED designation.

John has been a firefighter in Oklahoma for over 20 years, achieving the rank of Major. He has a distinguished career with several awards and commendations exemplifying his commitment to service. Teamwork, dedication, service, and selflessness are Johns core principles.

John's hobbies include fishing, hunting, and shooting. John is a dedicated husband and father; he enjoys spending his time with his lovely wife and two children. His hobbies include fishing, hunting, and shooting. His favorite thing to do is boss Mike at the fire station.

Katelyn

Productions

Katelyn joined the roofing industry in 2024 and brings many years of customer service experience. At Camouflage Roofing & Construction, Katelyn manages the scheduling, insurance supplementing, roof permitting, and warranty registrations. She is strongly committed to coordinating FORTIFIED roofing system projects. Additionally, Katelyn handles the administrative needs for the Strengthen Oklahoma Homes Grant Program roof installations.

Katelyn is a dedicated and loving mother to her son, and she is also a 7 Brew coffee enthusiast and lover of the sun.
